We've asked PR & style expert, Abi Norman of @abi.loves.style to share with us her favourite pieces from our current collection.
Abi pairs classics with contemporary pieces and always injects a little fun into her look. We love her style - polished, confident and right on point.
Growing up with a stylish gran and mum gave me a real appreciation of style and I’ve always been fascinated by how a well put together outfit can boost your confidence. I studied English and History at Plymouth University and worked for a science journal publisher before starting a career in Public Relations. I am a mum of a teenager son and daughter (who is already borrowing my clothes!) and have a dog and two cats.
Julie Jumper in Camel
I love the versatility of this super soft jumper as it can be worn with the V at the front or the back. Camel is such a great neutral colour that goes with so many other tones and the length of this jumper means it looks great dressed down with boyfriend jeans and boots/heels or with smarter trousers and heels or with a midi skirt in either leather or suede.
Stripe Ondine blouse - sold out - available in other styles.
I love the feminine ruffles and the summery looking pale blue stripes of this blouse and so paired it with some leather leggings to give it a tougher edge but then wore some super pretty pearl embellished mules. It would look equally lovely dressed down with jeans and some flat pumps and accessorising with some pearl drop earrings looks great with the high collar.
Leontine white blouse - sold out - more shirts & blouses available here.
I love a classic white blouse but the details on this one just make it really special and a very affordable version of the coveted Sezanne Gloria blouse! I like the contrast of the white broderie anglaise and crisp white ruffles against the distressed denim jeans and I think skinny/slim jeans balance out the volume of the blouse. I also think a high waist midi skirt would look great really elegant with this blouse and I’d wear it with a beige faux suede one I have.
Eloise maxi cardigan in Camel - camel sold out - available in other colours.
This longline cardigan is one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe as it is great to thrown on over jeans and a jumper for in-between days when a heavier coat is too warm, it can be worn belted over dresses with long boots or over wide trousers with a skinny tee and boots or trainers! As it’s a mohair mix, it has a lovely fluffy texture that adds real interest to other fabrics in an outfit.
Gingham Ondine blouse
Another beautifully shaped ruffle blouse that is great for adding shoulder width and looks equally good dressed up with high waist faux leather cullottes or down with jeans and suede ankle boots – this blouse reminds me of the type of thing Carrie Bradshaw from Sex in the City would wear and just makes you feel really feminine when you wear it! This will also look lovely with a pair of tailored white shorts in the summer and tan slides.
Rosie Jumper in Hazelnut or Nina in Ecru
Both of these jumpers are great for a dressed down vibe with leather leggings or jeans and ankle boots. I would wear the ecru Nina with a short leather skirt and tights or over a longer fluid maxi skirt for a stylish winter look. It would also be great with leather leggings and chunky Chelsea boots.
